National Tourist Route Fv17 Norway

Travelled:69km
Stay: Storvik rest area , free service point, fuel, WC

Rain, rain and more rain...we walked up to the COOP on the main road and bought some cinnamon scrolls for breakfast.
We decided to sit it out but by noon we couldn't stand no longer and we set off. There was some very pretty scenery along the Fv17 even though the clouds were low.

In the distance we spotted some white boxes (Motorhomes) next to an impressive waterfall, so we headed that way and stopped for lunch (66.97189 14.14726). If you can stand the sound of waterfalls then this could be an overnight spot.

We decided to continue on to the Storvik rest area and thought we may as well stay here. Later when the rain eased we walked along the lovely beach with the beautiful mountain backdrop. Then it was drinks, nibbles and music.....
