The Jura Region France

Today we explored areas we have not been too before in the Jura Region. The drive through the varied countryside and forests were lovely. 

We enjoyed breakfast in Lelex. 

We used the dump point in Les Rousses before continuing on via Morez. On our travels we passed lakes and a golf course.

We managed to get a parking spot at the Gorges de la Langouette so got out to have a look at this beautiful little gorge. 

In Chaux Neuve we saw a ski jump and as we approached noticed jumpers using it, so we went to have a closer look.

We arrived at a good time in Mouthe to get a spot in the motorhome parking area so decided to stay. The village seems to be focused on making the Comte cheese. We were impressed with the interior of the church.

Mark decided to get out the Cadac BBQ for the 1st this year, to cook our chops.
