Vaujany France

Travelled:0km
Visited: Vaujany
Stay: Vaujany

We spent a lovely morning walking to the waterfall.
We meet some friends on our walk.

They were after Bob's apples in his backpack.

Cute little fuzzy baby.

View from the waterfall of Vaujany.

There's Bluey!

Tri coloured flower.
Love that clean fresh mountain spring water.

After some lunch we visited the heritage museum about life in the valley and then we looked in the at the local fauna exhibition.
Chamois.

Female boar.

The rabbit and birds are white in winter and brown in summer. Amazing.

A Marmotte. It hibernates in winter and drops its body temperature to 8 degrees.

We then had a couple of beers at one of the bars before hopping on the free toursist train that took us out through la Villette to le Collet. We managed to get back just in time before the rain started. Dinner in Bluey tonight.

Later we watched the locals play ice hockey in their terrific stadium.
