Morgetpass Switzerland

Travelled:72km
Stay: St.Blaise aire(payable but first 2 hours free)  with  free services  47.01141, 6.98817

We had a beautiful start to the day. We did a lovely walk to Morgetepass, which was quite strenuous for us, with a continuous climb of 500m elevation, but offering a very rewarding view of the alps.
On the way  to Saint Blaise through the back roads, we passed through villages that were proudly flying the Swiss flag for their National Day.
We spent a wonderful afternoon and evening with family on a terrace with a magnificent view of the Lake and the alps behind. After a delicious BBQ dinner cooked by my cousin Claude and his wife Sandra,we enjoyed the fireworks spectacular, as from here we could see the fireworks from all the villages and towns around and beyond the Lake. It was amazing.
