Barcelona Day 3 Spain

Alarm got us all up and after breakfast we headed off for our 40 mins walk to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. What an amazing structure with great history and very unique. It was designed by Gaudi in 1883 and it is still unfinished. We bought tickets from the ATM style machines called Caxia, that you can buy event tickets from.

Very convenient and it prevented us having to wait 2 hours to enter. We also purchased tickets to go up one of the towers, however we still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to go up the lift. C'est la vie! It was great to the church from different angles and the view of Barcelona.

There was also a museum that was very interesting, that had many models of the structure.
After having some lunch we walked back to the apartment passing some great Modernist buildings.

A rest then some Tapas and drinks.
