We drove a short distance to Aire sur L'Adour to do the services as the one in Labastide was a little awkward to use.
After having a nice chat with our daughter in Australia we headed towards Pau. Along the way we stopped to do a wash and some shopping. Stocking up on things we like and know before going into Spain.

We checked out the Internet for road closures over the pyrenees and decided on going via the Col du Pourtalet.
Wanting to take our time we thought that we would do the trip tomorrow so stopped in a lovely aire in Rebenacq. We parked next to the oval and then went for a walk around this very quaint Bastide village.
