Munich Germany

Travelled:117km
Visted: Bad Tolz, Bimobile Factory, Munich
Stay:Munich-parking at Allianz Arena Parking €10, no services GPS N 48.22089 E11.62505

We spent a lovely morning strolling along the main street of Bad Tolz with Mark, Bev and their daughter Whitney.

Later we said our good byes and we headed to the Bimobile factory near Munich to have a closer look at their 4wd motorhomes. After a tour and a look at a few models with Simon, we drove to a parking area at the Allianz Soccer Arena. We paid only €10 and the train station into the city was a 3 min walk away.

We decided to go into town, especially that there was going to be a big soccer match tonight. 20mn later we were in the centre of town just in time for the town hall carillon at 5pm in Marienplatz square.

We then made our way to the famous Hofbrauhaus beer hall. As we entered the omppapa band was playing and a aussie guy said G'day come and join us. So we sat at their table and had a beer or two and a bit of fun for a couple of hours!

Traditional dress code for Oktoberfest!

We then parted ways and after a walk around we made our way back on the train to Bluey.
