Cosy Corner East Camp, WA

Stay: 4 nights at Cosy Corner East Free bush/beach camp (-35.059086,117,646079), near Albany, Western Australia

The long weekend was a great excuse to stay in one spot for 4 nights. We had beautiful weather until Sunday which had scattered showers. We went to explore the nearby West Cape Howe National Park (entry fee payable) dominated by rocky headlands.

We drove through a lovely forest to the lookouts.

Then went to have a walk along Shelley Beach. Lucky we aren’t swimming here with these bluebottles..

We went to admire the unique pieces at the South Coast Wood Works.

The next couple of days we enjoyed lovely walks along the beach and surrounds from camp. We did some planning for the next leg of our journey, chatted to our camping neighbours and generally just chilled out.
