All roads lead to Rome Italy

Travelled:211km
Stay:Camp ground- Village Flaminio with all the usual facilities GPS N41°57.3714' E12°28.9338'

Before we took to the road to Rome we researched where to stay and decided on Village Flaminio situated North of Rome's city centre and within the ring road. Booking on line gave us a 25% discount making it €24 a night. We thought it was very reasonable. Its also just a short walk to the train station to go directly into the city. There is also a bus stop just out front of the camp ground.
It was about a 2 hour easy drive on the motorway through pretty landscapes, costing €12.50 for the privledge.
We spent the rest of the day doing some washing and deciding on a plan on visiting Rome. Tomorrow we will walk around the centre of town, so we bought €1.50/100min public transport tickets. So after a relaxing afternoon we are as ready as can be....
