Nuremberg Germany

Travelled:203km
Stay:Nuremberg (Zirndorf,Playmobil parking) €10 overnight, free water and sprinklers on all night! 49.429298,10.937000

It was an early 5am start to the day to pick up the family from Munich Airport.

We then made our way to Nuremberg and managed to find a park and had a pleasant 20 min walk to the Alstadt (Old Town).

We headed for the Kirche St Sebald steeples, the oldest of the city’s churches. Built in 1230-73 in Romanesque style, then remodeled in the 14thC and then towers completed in the late 15thC.

Feeling hungry we ventured northwest and found an Augustiner brauhuas. We sampled the beer and the Nuremberg bratwurst with sauerkraut or traditional potato salad.

Then it was off to the McRent motorhome hire in Zirndorf. A couple of hours later all paperwork and instructions were done.

With jet lag settling in we did a quick shop and headed for the nearest overnight stop at the Playmobil Museum. After drinks and nibbles it was a early night for all.
