Another rainy day. We ended up driving to Thionville but it was too wet to visit. We spent a bit of time in McD to use their free wifi and then did a little shopping. We picked an aire on the Moselle River, between Metz and Nancy to stay the night. We luckily got a riverfront spot and we were very happy to go for a walk into the centre of town when the weather finally cleared at 4:30pm. We then had a walk along the river after dinner and a very yummy vanilla slice (the best so far... Nearly as good as pepe's!)
No second guessing which country we are in!
