Visited: Thomson Station, Walhalla
Stay: Walhalla - North Garden Camp - free, toilets, BBQ facilities (-37.932461 146.448942)
We set off at 8am and stopped to have a look at the Horseshoe Bend walking track but decided to continue instead to Walhalla.
We stopped to have a look at the Thomson Railway Station which runs to Walhalla.
We set up camp at North Gardens campsite at the other end of town.
We then went on a 3 hour explore through town, stopping to read lots of the panels explaining the interesting history of the town especially in the Gold era. 
Once having looked through the cemetery we made our way back along the tramway track above the town to the Long Tunnel Mine (which we have previously visited).
Unfortunately the pubs and eateries are closed due to Covid, so we enjoyed a meal back at camp and a quiet night.
