Tuesday morning we set off early from Mundura WA to continue our easterly journey towards the WA/SA border. We stopped to have breakfast at Mundrabilla. We filled up on fuel as it is the cheapest on the WA side of the Nullarbor. We then played another hole of golf.
Our new friends from Boort we met in the Norseman ‘refugee camp’, Neville and Jillian, sent us an SMS to confirm that there was no SA border check point at Bordertown. So feeling very happy about this we made our way to Eucla and played another hole of golf.

Someone had fun changing this sign…
We then crossed the border.
We popped in again at a couple of lookouts to admire the view of the Bunda Cliffs.Didn’t see one of these unfortunately
We saw some big loads though
We decided to return to the spot we stayed here on the way west 6 weeks ago at wikicamps camp #2.
It was a pleasant surprise to see Nev & Jill parked up here too. So we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon and evening together, and played Finska for a bit of fun.
We then spent another day together on the cliffs waiting for SA to change their border restrictions on Thursday. We even saw some whales..finally.
After a bit of a windy night we set off from the cliffs to the Nullarbor Roadhouse. After breakfast we played our last golf hole (10 /18 played in total) accompanied with Nev & Jill. We couldn’t believe our eyes when a crow swooped down and picked up Marks ball then flew away with it…. Is that what you would call a birdie ?
